Can I buy it today?

What exactly do I get?
Both full courses. Bench to Starter: a 91-page football PDF and 30 premium day videos. Own the Net: a 79-page padel PDF and 30 premium day videos.
How do I get it after paying?
Straight away. Both PDF links and your private padel video page show on the confirmation page and we email them to you too. The 30 football videos come as one download (about 1 GB, so use Wi-Fi) from your receipt, which Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, emails you separately.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and the PDFs and videos are yours.
Can I do both plans at the same time?
You can. If you'd rather focus, do one first and start the other after its Day 30 retest. Football sessions take about 20 minutes, padel sessions 20 to 30.
Can I get a refund?
It's an instant digital download, so all sales are final. If your file won't open or you were charged twice, email us and we'll fix it.
