Privacy policy

This explains what Bravo Sports (Omar Al Saudi, Qatar) collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests: support@bravosports.store.

What we collect

• When you buy: your email address and order details (product, amount, date and order reference). Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, collects your payment and billing details. We never see your card number.
• When you join a waitlist: your email address and which product you're waiting for.
• When you ask for a free sample: your email address and which sample you asked for.
• When you browse: anonymous page statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. If we run ads, the Meta and TikTok pixels may set cookies to measure them.

Why we use it

• To deliver what you bought and help if something goes wrong.
• To email you once when a product you joined the waitlist for launches.
• To send a free sample you asked for, and the occasional update about our plans. Ask us and we'll stop.
• To understand which pages and ads work, so we can improve them.

We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the shop for us:

• Lemon Squeezy (payments, sales tax and receipts)
• Supabase (order and waitlist database, file storage)
• Resend (sending your download email)
• Vercel (hosting and analytics)
• Meta and TikTok (ad measurement, only if those pixels are switched on)

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep waitlist emails until the product launches and we've sent the launch email, and free-sample emails until you ask us to remove you.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to send it to you in a portable format, or object to how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email support@bravosports.store and we'll reply within one month. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights, and if you're not happy with our answer you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Under 18

Our programs are for players 12 and up. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should know you're buying.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Omar Al Saudi, Qatar. Contact: support@bravosports.store.

Legal basis

• Orders: to perform our contract with you (delivering what you bought) and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
• Waitlist and free-sample emails: your consent, given when you enter your email. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Site statistics: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. Vercel Web Analytics doesn't use cookies.
• Ad pixels: your consent, where the law requires it.

International transfers

We're based in Qatar, and some of the services above are based in the United States or store data there, so your data may be handled outside the country you live in. For data from the EU or UK, those services rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Our TikTok and social accounts

We use apps, including our own TikTok developer app, to publish videos to the Bravo Sports accounts (@bravosports) on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. These apps only sign in to accounts we own. They don't log in as you and don't collect data about people who watch, like or comment on our videos. The only data they handle is our own account's access token and the videos and captions we post, which we keep private and never share or sell. If you message or comment on our accounts, that happens on the platform and its own privacy policy applies.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. For anything else, email support@bravosports.store.
