Refund policy

All sales are final. Our programs are instant digital downloads, and at checkout you ask for immediate access. Once you have the file, we can't take it back, so we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

When we'll put it right

• The file is broken or won't open. We'll send you a working copy. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.
• You were charged twice for the same order. We'll refund the duplicate charge.
• Your download link expired. We'll send a fresh one.

How to ask

Email support@bravosports.store from the address you used at checkout. Tell us roughly when you bought and what's wrong. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
